Buzzly is a mobile application operated by Dodo Media B.V., located at Groenmarktkade 53, 1016TA Amsterdam, Netherlands. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Buzzly ("App") and any services provided through the App ("Services").
By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Buzzly is a social discovery application that allows users to discover people nearby using location-based services and keyword matching. Users can set up a profile, share contact information, and specify keywords that help them connect with others based on shared interests or needs.
You must register for an account using an existing Google or Apple account. By registering, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for any content you provide on your profile, including your name, keywords, and contact information. By providing content, you grant Buzzly a non-exclusive license to use this content to deliver the Services.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the App in any medium; (ii) using the App for any illegal purpose, including harassment or abuse; (iii) infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
The App is intended for users who are at least 17 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes through the App's notification system.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your profile will be deactivated and your content will be deleted.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
