BuzzlyApp Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Introduction
BuzzlyApp is firmly committed to the safety, protection, and well-being of minors on our platform and across the internet.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content facilitating the
sexual exploitation of minors (collectively referred to here as CSAE).
2. Zero Tolerance for CSAE
We prohibit the use of BuzzlyApp for any activity involving CSAE, including but not limited to:
- Creation, possession, display, or distribution of child sexual abuse material.
- Grooming or exploitation of minors for sexual purposes.
- Exchange of sexually explicit material involving minors through chats, comments, profile content, or any other feature.
3. Reporting and Removal of CSAE
- User Reporting: We encourage all users to report any suspicious behavior or content that may involve minors. Users can file a report using our in-app reporting feature or by emailing abuse@buzzlyapp.com.
- Immediate Removal: Any CSAE content found on BuzzlyApp will be removed promptly.
- Account Termination: Any user involved in posting, sharing, or seeking CSAE content will have their account terminated immediately.
4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by law. When we identify content or behavior that appears to involve the sexual exploitation of a minor, we:
- Preserve evidence to assist law enforcement investigations.
- Promptly report such content and/or behavior to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement where applicable.
5. Prevention and Protection Measures
- Automated Detection: We use automated tools to detect and remove known CSAM or other prohibited content that violates our standards.
- Human Review: Our moderation team reviews user reports and uses industry-standard tools and techniques to detect illegal content or behaviors.
- User Education: We provide safety tips and guidelines to help users, especially minors and their guardians, understand responsible online behavior and recognize potential risks.
6. Compliance and Updates
BuzzlyApp complies with all applicable laws and industry standards to prevent and combat CSAE.
We periodically review and update our policies to ensure they remain effective and in alignment
with evolving legal requirements and best practices.
